FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does "new normal" mean?

The term “new normal” refers to what it’s like to work and live as usual, but with stricter protocols in preventing the spread of the coronavirus disease (covid-19).

This means, for example, that wearing face masks in public is already taken as an expected behavior for everyone.

How long is the new normal going to last?

As long as it is not yet deemed safe to work and socialize like in pre-pandemic times, we may have to live with the protocols to keep covid-19 at bay.

Does Bounty give protective gear regularly?

Yes. A face mask is given to each Bounty employee regularly.

Does Bounty make necessary renovations to keep workspaces safe?

Yes. Bounty is working to comply with enhanced safety guidelines set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Are all the guidelines permanent?

Given the evolving nature of the situation, the guidelines contained here may change whenever necessary.
