Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) has assured over 3,000 store crew members nationwide that the company will also shoulder the cost of their COVID-19 vaccination.
This was announced in a recent online gathering among BAVI’s service crew providers.
“We recognize the crucial role of our service providers – our crew members – especially during this pandemic,” said BAVI’s vice president for HR, Atty. Nedo Sasing. “It is only just that they receive available means of ensuring their safety amid the current health crisis.”
BAVI had announced in March that it would provide the vaccine for all its employees.

The company also awarded its top three service crew providers in the same online event.

Kabraso Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Yaman ng Lahi, and Executive Decisions each received P50,000 and a certificate of recognition. Selection criteria included training results, accuracy of reports, and speed in filling in stores with crew.
The session also included updates from some of BAVI’s key departments: Talent Acquisitions, Information Systems, Compliance, Safety, Product Development, Finance, and Learning and Development.
