Ronald R. Mascariñas
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from UP Los Baños, Ronald Mascariñas went on to become the youngest SVP of Pure Foods Corporation, before he started to lead Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) in 2002.
A respected figure in the local poultry industry, Mr. Mascariñas is also a staunch advocate of love of country through sports. He is the founder of the Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3×3 league.
Jose R. Chanyungco
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Chanyungco graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of the East in 1977.
He has previously been the Assistant Vice President and Internal Audit Head of the Philippine Banking Corporation, First Vice President and Controller of the Union Bank of the Philippines, and Senior Vice President, Controller of the Philippine Bank of Communications.
Dr. Erasmus J. Paderes
Dr. Paderes placed among the top 10 in the Veterinary Medicine Board examination, after graduating from the Gregorio Araneta University Foundation. Prior to joining BAVI in 2002, he was head of the Animal Health Group of Pure Foods Corporation, where he worked for 11 years.
Dr. Paderes is among the elite authorities in the field of Animal Health in the Philippines. In 2007, he was recognized as the Most Outstanding Farm Veterinarian by the Philippine Veterinary Medicine Association.
Nedo L. Sasing
Atty. Sasing has a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science from the University of the Philippines and earned his law degree from the same university.
He previously worked at Pure Foods Corporation as the Group Manager of the Legal Department. Prior to joining the private sector, he worked at the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration as Chief of the Legal Assistance Division and as an Associate Solicitor in the Office of the Solicitor General.
Gerald C. Quelapio
Graduating magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Quelapio placed first in his field’s licensure exam.
He headed the supply chain management of Ramcar Batteries International, Del Monte Philippines, Inc. and Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation. Due to this, he became an expert in the disciplines of SCM such as Integrating Customer requirements, Customer Value Proposition, Warehouse Operations and Transport Management.
Mel Macasaquit
Mr. Macasaquit has an extensive experience in marketing, particularly in the field of sports marketing and management.
The founder of MelMac Sports Management, Mr. Macasaquit ushered Chooks-to-Go into the local basketball industry and facilitated the creation of Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3×3 league in 2019.
Paul N. Tiangco
Mr. Tiangco has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, Major in Animal Science from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños.
He started his career with RFM Corporation handling assignments in the broiler breeder and Swine Grand Parent Breeder Operations for five years. He then worked with Pure Foods Corporation for another five years as Breeder Farm Manager and Branch Manager of the broiler operations in Northeastern Luzon. He joined BAVI in 2002.
Dr. Dominic B. Navarro
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Navarro previously worked for Pure Foods Corporation as Head of the Luzon Poultry Contract Breeding Operations and as Extension Veterinarian for Poultry Broiler Operations for 9 years.
He migrated to the USA in 1997 and worked as resident veterinarian of the Oregon Racing Commission.
Nemesio V. Sta. Ana III
Mr. Sta. Ana earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
He previously worked with the Dealer Development Program of Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. wherein he was tasked to standardize aftersales operations. He also headed the technical and non-technical training team of Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. He had a short stint with Schweitzer-Mauduit RTL Philippines as head of Purchasing.
Gladys S. Quillopas
Ms. Quillopas earned her bachelors degree in Business Administration major in Marketing from the Philippine School of Business Administration.
While on the job with BAVI, she completed the CISCO CCNA course to transition her shift from a Finance function to IT. She joined the company in 2002.
Milady Glo T. Resurreccion
Ms. Resurreccion earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce major in Marketing Management from De La Salle University.
Prior to joining BAVI in 2004, she was Research Analyst at ISS, a global company that deals with Corporate Governance. She also worked in Proxy Voting, assigned to the US Team, to review Official Corporate Documents and give vote recommendations based on set US company policies.
