The faith is strong in Brgy. Pinagkaisahan, Quezon City.
The area recently went through a special-concern lockdown, but residents have now risen from the ordeal filled with confidence — and also some help for body and soul.
On Friday, Adobo Connection and Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Cubao parish priest Fr. Dennis Soriano brought special assistance to the barangay as they shared 120 assorted packs of frozen products to the less fortunate.

“Maraming-maraming salamat sa Adobo Connection at kay Sir Ronald Mascarinas,” said Barangay Captain Graziela Saab, referring to the Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) President.
The parish’s helping hand was nothing new to the barangay as the former had never left the latter’s side in the face of the pandemic.

Along with getting satisfied by the good food, Brgy. Pinagkaisahan also got inspired by how Adobo Connection and the Cubao Cathedral continue to share their blessings.

All this is part of BAVI’s continued celebration of its 23rd anniversary, where it has already donated chicken that could serve close to 500,000 persons since the pandemic began.
And thanks to this, Saab continues to have full faith that her barangay will only keep getting better. As she remarked, “Sa ngayon po, surviving naman kami and hopefully, tuloy-tuloy pa po.”
