Encouraging its people to stay safe and continuing its path to digitalization, Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) is now conducting training sessions through online videoconferencing.
On June 4, Bounty’s Learning and Development Support Center (LDSC) conducted its first online session for store training specialists.
Tackling the topic of resilience, the virtual “peer-based learning” session gathered 15 employees from all over Luzon. This was after the coronavirus disease (covid-19) pandemic had halted the company’s on-site training sessions in the past three months.

“By bringing the program online, we are able to keep our learners safe and sustain their technical development,” said LDSC manager Abigail Rivera.
During the session, participants shared their recent experiences, an exercise which helped them to understand their situation better.

“It helped me to be more mindful of my current situation, and know how to deal with it. I was comforted by the fact that what I am feeling right now is normal,” said Jocelle Elardo, one of the training participants.
According to Rivera, more online training sessions are now being organized for the coming months.
