Recently, Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) President and General Manager Ronald Mascariñas had a one-on-one sit down interview with Shyla Francisco of Bloomberg TV Philippines.
In the exclusive interview Mascariñas shared the company’s future plans— including further expansion of its existing brands, introduction of new exciting brands and the possibility of going public within the next 3 years.
Since the launch of Chooks-to-Go, BAVI’s flagship retail brand, the company has launched two other roasted chicken brands—Uling Roasters and Reyal; and just recently, it rolled out its first snack line, Snok or Snack na Manok.
According to Mascariñas, they are planning to build 300 Snok stores this year, and given the very good reception of the public, they are confident that Snok is in a position to take market leadership by next year.
With the launch of new brands, Mascariñas however stressed that BAVI will still continue to eye the same locations and target the same market segment.
Moreover, aside from building brands that suit the Filipino palate, Mascariñas shared that they are the only local company that has penetrated areas in Mindanao that has serious peace and order situations, specifically Sulu and Tawi-Tawi
