
One of the keys to Bounty Agro Ventures Inc.’s success has been its drive to promote continuous learning among its employees.
In line with this thrust, the BAVI Academy conducted last July 19-20 a Leader’s Workshop for Chooks! Dine in managers and supervisors at the Riverview Resort and Conference Center Calamba Laguna.

BAVI has made the bold move of venturing into the restaurant industry with the opening of Chooks!, the company’s dine in restaurant which has branches in Robinson’s Place Lipa, Alabang Town Center, Ali Mall, and Robinson’s Galleria.
The Leader’s Workshop was conducted to bolster the competencies and skills of the Chooks! team who come from the Adobo Connection Group of BAVI. Relevant topics on leadership skills development and leader’s empowerment and were discussed by leader trainers Giovanni L. Fermin, and Jo-Fhrey M. Parcarey.

BAVI Academy facilitators Abigail Rivera, Cristine Guimbaolibot, Jian Paul Caronongan and Marlon Caballes along with resource speakers Myra Guilles and Joed Felipe of BAVI Human Resources and Ms. Jernelie Cruz of Chooks! Dine in Operations were also on hand to ensure that the participants optimized their learning experience from the two-day workshop.
Aside from the lectures, the trainers and facilitators also conducted team building activities designed to incorporate BAVI Core Values and essential skills that are beneficial to the Chooks! Dine in operations such as negotiation and planning.
