Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) President Ronald Mascariñas is set to speak at the 3rd Global Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship (GAME) Conference hosted by the University of the Philippines Los Baños College of Economics and Management.
Dubbed “Breaking the Mold: Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship Amid Disruptive Forces”, the international summit will be held online on November 18-19, with the keynote and panel discussions streamed live on the event’s Facebook page.
On November 19, at 9:40 am, Mascariñas will discuss how BAVI navigated the treacherous seas of the pandemic through a people-oriented business model.
“I will talk about our key pivots that made us thrive despite this pandemic,” he said in a social media post.
Alongside Mascariñas are international speakers including Dr. Ray A. Goldberg of Harvard Business School, who is known as the Father of Agribusiness.
Mascariñas will also be answering questions from the conference delegates during his session’s open forum.
Many times awarded for his leadership in the agribusiness industry, Mascariñas also delivered the Commencement Speech at the UP Los Baños graduation rites this year. He emphasized how studying at the university inspired him to love his native land through agribusiness.
