Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) has recently attained the We Invest in Wellbeing Silver Accreditation from Investors in People (IIP), a global people management consultancy based in London.
Also known as the Health and Wellbeing Silver Award, the recognition is in addition to BAVI’s IIP Gold Accreditation in 2019, which testifies to the company’s outstanding people management practices.
The Health and Wellbeing Silver Award cited the company’s Alagang BAVI Wellbeing Program, a comprehensive effort to keep employees healthy and engaged, especially during the COVID-19 crisis.
Alagang BAVI is composed of various activities including “Pautokay: Tagisan ng Talino” trivia contest; “Pagsasama” online hobby clubs; “UNAWA” mental health seminars; “BAVI’s Biggest Loser” weight-loss contests; and the monthly “Zoomba Session” with Special Olympics Pilipinas.
“This new recognition is a testament to BAVI’s continuing commitment to provide holistic development to our people,” said BAVI President Ronald Mascariñas, who has been an international finalist in the Investors in People Awards’ Leader of the Year category.
On November 23, BAVI also vies for the Best Pivot award in the Investors in People Awards 2021, which will be streamed on the IIP YouTube channel.
