The connection to a better future just got clearer for beneficiaries of the Laura Vicuña Foundation after they received early Christmas gifts courtesy of Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI).
Adobo Connection, the fast-rising brand of the Philippines’ poultry leader, gifted last Friday 80 packs of cooked meals as well as P3,000 worth of frozen products to the children inside the organization’s home base in Cubao, Quezon City.

The 30-year-old Laura Vicuña Foundation is a charity that provides shelter and special protection to children at risk; street children; child laborers; and sexually abused, exploited, and trafficked girls.
“Naniniwala ako sa lahat ng nagbibigay, especially Adobo Connection, ay merong pusong handang tumulong sa mahihirap,” expressed Sister Rose Panganiban.

In return, the children regaled BAVI employees with a short program that featured songs and skits about Christmas.
“There is always a connection between the people and your business kaya salamat kay Mr. Ronald Mascarinas at sa Adobo Connection,” remarked Panganiban.
All in all, those exchanged gifts were more than enough reason for this year’s Christmas to be merrier.
