As part of the company’s employee wellbeing program Alagang BAVI, Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) has started a series of mental health talks in partnership with Intellicare and ComPsych Philippines.
Dubbed “UNAWA: Understanding and Awareness of the Self,” the first two online sessions gave an overview of ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) program.
The EAP offers employees behavioral health counseling, as well as legal and financial services. These services are especially opportune now that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a stressful reality for everyone.
The first two UNAWA sessions were held in August and in September; more are scheduled for each business center in the coming months.
