LONDON — Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) President Ronald Mascariñas was chosen to be among the international finalists in this year’s Investors in People (IIP) Awards.
He was listed among six Leader of the Year finalists, one of whom will be named the grand winner on November 24.

The LDP was developed in 2017, honing the leadership skills of the company’s store managers through intensive seminar-workshops and coaching.
This recognition came in time for BAVI’s 23rd anniversary celebration. Our sincere thanks to Investors in People for commending what we have all put our hearts into: investing in people, committing ourselves to their development.
