Several Toastmasters clubs of Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) achieved Distinguished club status in the recently concluded Toastmasters Year 2019-2020.
BAVI Toastmasters Club and BAVI Calamba Toastmasters Club both earned the highest recognition, the President’s Distinguished Club award; while BAVI Manila Toastmasters Club and BAVI North Luzon Toastmasters Club achieved Select Distinguished Club status.

Excellence was measured according to club members’ educational, leadership, and administrative accomplishments from July 2019 to June 2020.
A global organization, Toastmasters International is renowned for its practical public speaking and leadership courses.
Bounty first joined Toastmasters in 2015, with the company creating 14 clubs in six months.

One year later, the company received the Crystal Globe Award for its remarkable support to the organization and for advancing its employees’ communication and leadership skills.

“Congratulations to BAVI Toastmasters. We need to continue improving ourselves and be better prepared to face different facets of challenges,” said BAVI President Ronald Mascariñas to this year’s achievers.
“Our successful pivots during the pandemic is attributed to a large extent to the quality and positive attitude of our people in the organization. I am proud of you, guys.”
