Just like its oven-roasted counterpart Chooks-to-Go, Uling Roasters has started to make its stores compliant to the New Normal.
And Alvin Pasaol got the first chance to have a look at the new-look UR stores.
“Dahil isa ako sa ambassadors ng Uling Roasters, gusto ko makita kung gaano ba ka-safe yung kakain ko araw-araw. Kaya nag-volunteer ako maging crew of the day dito sa isang branch ng UR sa Bulacan,” said the number two-ranked 3×3 player in the country.
For all store crew, every member stationed at a branch must go through a mandatory temperature check before and after their shifts. His or her vitals are registered to a system.
The crew must also ensure that social distancing procedures are followed in lines. Moreover, all customers are required to go to the hand-sanitizing stations before making their orders.
Acrylic panels and metal sliding trays will also be installed in each counter to assure the customer that no contact will be made between them and the crew.
“Uling Roasters has become the standard in charcoal-grilled chicken, especially in the provinces. That is why besides serving the healthiest litson manok in the market that has no antibiotics ever, gusto namin na safe ang aming mahal na customers sa aming tindahan,” said Uling Roasters founder and Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) president Ronald Mascariñas.
