Doing good has become viral.
Responding to covid-19, various local government units and individuals have partnered with us so they can distribute food to their communities.
Our partners include the City of Sagay on Negros island, which is set to give 80,000 chicken to their constituents. Through our partner poultry farm Norzly Agri Development Corporation, we’ve delivered the first 7,700 chicken today.
The Municipality of Nueva Era in Ilocos Norte, meanwhile, distributed 2,300 of our live chicken to locals; while a barangay in Burgos town gave away 500 dressed chicken.
Even individuals have also joined in this bandwagon of generosity. One of our contract growing partners, Michael Tacderan, donated 1,100 live chicken in his hometown in Ilocos Norte. Meanwhile, in Sto. Domingo, Albay, entrepreneurs Noel and Charito Estillomo donated Bounty Fresh Chicken to almost 1,000 families.
Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) President Ronald Mascariñas said he is grateful to these partners who show true love of country.
“Sila ay tunay na may Puso Para Sa Pilipinas,” he said. “We at BAVI are honored to be part of their efforts to help our fellow Filipinos in these difficult times. It is my hope that their example will inspire others to be generous too, because we can overcome covid-19 only if we help one another.”
