CITY OF MANILA — Valuing professional and personal development, Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) sent its registered psychometricians to the 55th Psychometricians’ Association of the Philippines (PAP) Convention, September 20-22. The annual event was held at the Philippine International Convention Center and De La Salle University.
Psychometricians Yuki Alexandrea Gabi (Talent Acquisition Supervisor – Visayas), Rhacel Rubiales (Talent Acquisition Senior Associate – STAG), April Jane Sibulo (Store Training Specialist – Bicol), James Alinsunurin (Leadership Partner Supervisor), Mael Jashyn Alvarez (Talent Acquisition Senior Associate – Mindanao), and Joseph Vincent Penafort (Talent Acquisition Associate – Western Visayas) represented BAVI at the convention.
With the theme, “Fostering a Psychology of Well-Being for the Filipino,” the convention included research presentations and forums on current issues facing psychology today. Among the talks presented were “The 6-Step Rational Approach to Psychological Screening: Identifying Measurement Dimensions”, “Cultivating the Champion Mindset in the Workplace”, “Assessing the Competency of Managers”, “Job Stress and Human Resource Management”, and “Leadership Styles and Management Practices.”
Participation in conferences like this is one of the many ways by which BAVI employees develop in their respective professions.
