BAGUIO CITY — Twenty-six members of the Management Committee (Mancom) and their staff convened for the annual strategic planning at Le Monet Hotel, Camp John Hay, September 11-12.
Executives who attended the two-day gathering included Ronald Mascariñas, President and General Manager; Jose Chanyungco, SVP Finance; Erasmus Paderes, SVP Feed Milling Operations, Animal Health Technical Services, and Feeds Quality Assurance; Nedo Sasing, VP HRD, Legal, and Corporate Administration; Mark Trias, VP Marketing, National Sales, and Business Development; Paul Tiangco, VP South and North Luzon Operations; Henry Sy, AVP Southern Tagalog Operations; Antonio Utzurrum, VP Visayas Operations; Dominic Navarro, AVP Metro Manila and Central Luzon; Carlos Pelayo Jr., AVP Mindanao Operations; Nemesio Sta. Ana III, Store and Dressing Plant Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics; Gladys Quillopas, AVP Information Systems; Mids Resurreccion, AVP Compliance; and Lourdes Villarete, AVP Finance.
The session was conducted in preparation for the Bounty Group Board of Directors meeting in October.
The planning session, however, was cut short in anticipation of the coming of typhoon Ompong (Mangkhut). Attendees traveled back to Manila on September 13.
