To end the summer season in high note, Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) employees hit the beach for their annual summer outing.
The summer fun activity is part of the i-Engage program led by the Employee Engagement team, which aims to provide an avenue for the employees to relax outside the work environment.
Employees from BAVI Ortigas held their annual summer outing at the Matabungkay Beach Resort in Lian, Batangas. Their day was filled with interactive activities and games that foster collaboration and creativity.
After the games, the employees had their free time, which they spent frolicking under the sun or relaxing in their rooms. Some also took the opportunity to have bonding moments with their friends and colleagues.
Employees from BAVI Cagayan de Oro and Butuan Business Centers also gathered to celebrate the summer season at the Marvilla Beach Resort. To make the outing more memorable and fun for the employees, they were allowed to tag along family members.
Aside from the usual team-building activities, the group decided to incorporate a dance showdown among the departments and an exclusive competition for the newly hired employees.
BAVI Lawa employees, on the other hand, opted for a laid-back summer outing at Tondol White Sand Beach in Pangasinan. The long travel from Laguna to Pangasinan gave the employees enough time to bond with their colleagues while on the road and during stopovers.
Because Tondol’s fine, white sand and calm waters, employees were able to enjoy several water activities, including a short trip to Alaminos City.
For BAVI Northeast Luzon, their summer outing was a mix of work and fun as the first day of their getaway coincided with the opening of Uling Roasters beach outlet. Their teamwork resulted in a successful store opening.

Second day was bonding day for the group. The boys cooked for the girls, and in the afternoon, everyone put their game face on for patintero and beach volleyball. They ended their summer outing with a trip to Palaui Island.

BAVI has always believed that team building and team bonding contribute to getting the employees on the same page and to keeping them motivated. Every month, each business or support centers can request and enroll at least one engagement activity.
