Cape Town, South Africa – Members of BAVI led by Vice President for Animal Health and Feed Mill technical Group Dr. Mark Paredes participated in the 19th World Veterinary Poultry Association Congress last September 7 – 11, 2015. The team which consists of epidemiologists Dr. Cindy Ocampo, Dr. Irene Limson, and Dr. Dave Sabio attended in order to gain more knowledge and to implement relevant learnings about efficient and healthy broiler production for the BAVI’s continuous improvement.
The congress was a venue to discuss new information on diseases and conditions that affect the poultry industry. It was also an opportunity for our delegates to learn about new findings that will help improve the operations of BAVI back here in the Philippines, in turn also improving the quality of the products that it offers to the Filipino consumers.
The congress was attended by over 1,000 participants from all over the world.
